I put in an order that their online catalog said was in stock . They emailed me to tell me something was on backorder . I made a few calls and emails to find out what item it was so I could choose an alternate item but they won't return my calls or emails . I was left no choice but to cancel the whole order and go to a different supplier . I called 20 minuets before their office closed to ask why they hadnt returned my call from 3 hours prior . I was put on hold till the end of office hours and then disconnected . My return call got a message to call during buisness hours . POOR WORK ETHIC , POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS , POOR COMMUNICATIONS .

On placing my order, I asked to be notified either upon delivery, or upon any delay, which they complied with. Two days after I placed my order I received an email stating that my order had shipped, they included the fedex tracking number. My order arrived on-time and in good condition, the merchandise was all correct and in good working condition. I had read both the eopinions.com and resellerratings.com reviews on the store, and knew that I was taking a risk, so I'm glad mine paid off.

I have had some very bad experiences with these folks. Be leery of items advertised, but not in stock. Don’t be surprised if your order has multiple errors. I certainly would not expect any appreciable level of Customer Service or effective dispute resolution. Personally, although prices might be a “few” dollars more, I would shop around. I will not do business with this company again. Addendum: “Val”, Pyramyd Air’s Customer Service Manager, resolved my service and product issues. It seems as though the problems I encountered were merely an isolated incident. Once Val became aware of this situation, he quickly issued an apology and corrected the problems post haste. Thus far, I am 100% satisfied with the resolution of this matter.

However I was sent an pneumatic airgun that did not hold air and they did not honor their buy 3 tins of pellets and get one free offer. I called them and was told they had no way of verifying that I did not receive the free tin of pellets and that I could either pay the shipping to send the non-functioning airgun to the manufacturer under the warranty or pay the shipping to send it back to pyramyd air so that they too could send it back to the manufacturer. I may have just been unlucky that I received a faulty product and had a packer who did not honor the free tin of pellets but I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Numerous orders with then because they have cheap prices but I had 3 orders with missing parts or defect air gun. The last air gun order was a $700 plus order for a Talon SS and Logun pump. After taking the time over 2 days to finally talk to a Tech. I was assured everything would be sent in working order. Pump had missing connectors. I ran all over town to find connectors. Then the bottle leaked. Spoil planned weekend with my son and cost my deposit on a cabin. I had to send whole thing back. Never reimbursed for connectors I had to buy. Definitely not satisfied with there customer service.

Pyramyd Air came through. Val, the Customer Service Manager, assured me that my experience was rather unique and he corrected the problems with minimal effort on my part. I will give them a second chance to make a good first impression.

Great vendor. Great Prices. Excellent service. When there was a problem with my order, they contacted me immediately. Super fast shipping as well; they got my stuff to me in 2 days! This is a great place to buy!

I ordered my Walther air pistol from Pyramyd Air not knowing anything about them. Their Web site isn't particulary well done, but their selection is outstanding and prices are very competitive. I elected to have them test the pistol before shipping and they did that at no charge. Order was shipped the day after my order and arrived three days later. Site has order tracking and UPS tracking number was sent upon shipment. No problems at all. Highly recommended if you're in the market for an air gun and/or accessories, although some items such as CO2 powerlets and pellets you can get cheaper at Wal-Mart.
